We would like to minimize the challenge of dealing with your community Home Owner's Association. This can be the most challenging hurdle you face during the design process. We are here to assist you each step of the way to reduce the stress.
Estrella Owner Services can design the outdoor living space with your vision as our guide. Once the design is approved the installation team makes your vision a reality. After installation is complete the maintenance team will ensure the esthetics of your outdoor living area are kept up to your standard
How we arrived
The world of landscape has been a part of Jerry's life since early childhood working in his parents vegetable garden and growing a wide variety of house plants. During the years he operated an engineering company in Southern California he had the unique opportunity to add the services of a landscape designer to the office staff. This provided the vision to clients of defining their yards from an engineering standpoint and a landscape theme without the interference from each other. Designs were accomplished by working hand in hand.
When the ecomonic landscape changed and civil engineering tapered off the office closed in California and the move to Arizona was made. After moving here a career path was redefined and the emphasis was moved over to Landscaping. Jerry is a Master Gardener in Maricopa County as recognized by the Universite of Arizona and is a certified Desert Landscaper as certified by the Phoenix Botanical Garden.
With the background in civil engineering a unique advantage is provided to our clients in which storm water design can be managed along with our clients vision for the Outdoor Living Space. Our goal is to provide personal service to each and every client no matter the size of the project. From a conceptual design to the installation to the maintenance, Estrella Owner Services wants to provide pleasing esthetics with healthy plants and the amenities which create your Outdoor Living Space.
