Balog Residence in Canta Mia.

Expanded the concrete patio deck with Chocolate Travertine up to the new fire pit and Reflection Wall. The fire pit and seat have Chocolate Travertine veneer. The Reflection Wall has a band of Chocolate Travertine along the face to break up the stucco finish of the wall. Synthetic turf was added to balance the overall look of the rear yard. Landscape lighting was installed to add a soft appearance after dark. Lights were added on the front of the seat to highlight the area once the sun goes down.

Underwood Residence in Estrella Mountain Ranch.

This was a significant undertaking to expand the rear yard Outdoor Living and Entertainment area. We started with building a retaining wall and view fence to expand the yard by 15 feet into the natural desert surrounding their house. In this area we added a Cornhole Court with Silver Travertine pads between the board landing areas. The pads were surrounded by synthetic turf. The existing pool deck was expanded with Silver Travertine to include an existing hot tub and new fire pit area. A privacy wall was built behind the hot tub with accent lights. The existing hot tub and the new fire pit had Silver Travertine veneer added and Silver Bullnose Travertine caps.

A new home is always exciting to create with a blank canvas. This landscape was completed 5 years ago and this is how the Outdoor Living Space looks as the plants mature. The pergola was built to enjoy the sunrise in the morning with privacy from hikers along the wash. A fountain was installed to create ambience in this peaceful setting. A RumbleStone vegetable garden and miscellaneous plants were constructed to create character in the outdoor space.
